How to Complete the Conflict of Interest Form - Employees
Before you Start:
You will need a computer or tablet with internet to log in to Workday on your internet browser (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc).
Conflict of Interest Form for Employees
Step 1: Open your internet browser (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and log in to myStevens.
Under the My Apps, find and select Workday to open your Workday homepage.
Step 2: Once at the Workday home screen, navigate to Awaiting Your Action and select the Conflict of Interest Questionnaire task.
Step 3: On the questionnaire, read and complete the questions pertaining to you, then select Submit when done.
Step 4: After submitting the questionnaire, the Up Next window will appear. Select the Review Documents button to proceed.
If you missed or left this window, you can go back to the Workday homepage, and go to Awaiting Your Action again to find the task.
Step 5: On the Conflict of Interest Acknowledgement screen, review the information and document, then check the I agree box and select Submit.
As an employee filling out their Conflict of Interest form, there are no further tasks for you. Your manager will receive an Inbox task when you have completed your form.
Viewing a COI Disclosure Form from the Previous Year
Step 1: Type "My Conflict of Interest Responses" into the Workday search bar.
Step 2: Click the View Questionnaire Response link to view comments from the previous year.
