Launch an Academic Progress Evaluation in Workday
This article shows a user how to launch an Academic Progress Evaluation in Workday.
Step 1: Enter the Student’s Name in the Workday search bar.

Step 2: Select the Student’s Name in the Search Results.

Step 3: Select Academics.

Step 4: Select the Academic Progress tab.

Step 5: Review the date the Program Requirements were last evaluated.

Step 6: Select the Actions button. In the list of Actions, select Advising, then select Launch Academic Progress Evaluation from the dropdown menu.

Step 7: Choose the student’s active Academic Record.
Note: If the student has more than one Academic Record, the dropdown menu will display these options. Otherwise, the student’s Academic Record will automatically populate.

Step 8: Select the Confirm checkbox, then select OK.

Step 9: Select Done.

Step 10: The Last Evaluated information now reflects the most recent version of Requirements.
