How to View Program of Study History for Student in Workday
This guide will walk a user through how to search for and view a student’s history for their programs of study in Workday.
Step 1: Enter View Program of Study History for Student in the search bar and select the desired result

Step 2: Enter the name of the student in the Academic Record

Step 3: Select the student’s Academic Record from the now-populated menu. If the student has more than one academic record listed, please choose the record you wish to view

Step 4: Select OK

Step 5: This report shows all the changes that have been made in a student’s program of study. Each entry is clickable to view what changes were made, e.g., expected program completion dates, new programs of study added or enrollment status changes
