- Locate Adaptive Planning
- Sign-in and get to home page
- After signing in, navigate to the left to view the global menu
- This is the core navigation menu that allows you to toggle through Adaptive
- Confirm the global menu has all functionality for a budget coordinator

- Locate the level pull-down menu in a given sheet

- Change the level pull-down to a different level to view the changes

- Confirm your level by going to the lowest level intersection
- Suppress zeros to see limited rows using display options
- Budget in a subtotal cell and apply breakback method
- Change display options and put budget in two months, not all twelve.

Basic Dashboard Functionality
- Navigate to the Budget Coordinator Dashboard to see the full list of dashboard capabilities
- Understand that sheets feed into this dashboard
- Get to the Dashboard homepage
- Click on a sub-category (for example M&S & Other Comp)
- Expand the dashboard cube sheet and add in budget data in the override row
