Viewing Course Section Roster and Waitlist Information

This guide will walk a user through how to search for and view a course section’s roster and waitlist information.

Step 1: Search for and Select Find Course Section Definitions.

Step 2: From the Find Course Section Definitions report, filter the results for the desired Academic Period by typing the period information into the search box in the lefthand navigation.

Step 3: Search the course for which you are seeking roster or waitlist information.

Step 4: From the related actions next to the course name, select Course Section Definition and either View Roster or View Waitlist.

Step 5: From the View Course Section Roster page, you will be able to view a summary of Section Details, including the section capacity, number of students registered, and the waitlist capacity. Waitlist information can be found by clicking on Waitlisted Students beneath the table of Registered Students.
