How to Submit a Course Proposal in Coursedog
This guide will show how to create and submit a new course proposal in Coursedog.
Logging into Coursedog
Select the Coursedog icon on the myStevens landing page.

On the following page, select the Click to Sign In button to access Coursedog.

For users with access to multiple Coursedog modules, please check that you are working in the desired module. If you need to switch modules, select the
icon in the upper right corner of the landing page, then select the correct module.
Submit a Course Proposal
Step 1: On the Coursedog Curriculum landing page, select the + New Proposal option on the right side of the screen.

Step 2: Select Course Proposal in the What would you like to do today? dropdown menu, then select New Course (Requires Approval) from the What type of proposal would you like to request? dropdown menu.

Step 3: Select Go to Form

Step 4: In the Executive Summary section, select the Academic Level (Career) from the dropdown menu.
Please note that if this proposal is for an undergraduate course, the Please provide the rationale for proposing this new course text box is required.

Step 5: Select the correct school from the School dropdown menu.

Step 6: Fill in all required information plus any additional information as necessary. All required information fields are marked as such.

Step 7: When all information has been entered, select Submit Proposal on the right side of the screen under Actions.
