How to Edit a Course Proposal in Coursedog
This article will detail how to edit a course proposal in Coursedog.
Logging into Coursedog
Select the Coursedog icon on the myStevens landing page.

On the following page, select the Click to Sign In button to access Coursedog.

For users with access to multiple Coursedog modules, please check that you are working in the desired module. If you need to switch modules, select the
icon in the upper right corner of the landing page, then select the correct module.
Edit a Course Proposal
Step 1: On the Coursedog Curriculum landing page, select the + New Proposal option on the right side of the screen.

Step 2: Select Course Proposal in the What would you like to do today? dropdown menu, then select Edit Course from the What type of proposal would you like to request? dropdown menu.

Step 3: The form requires additional information before proceeding. Select the Effective Start Term and Effective End Term from the dropdown menus. Enter information into the Select Course field to search for a specific course, then select that course.

Step 4: Select Go to Form.

Step 5: Select the correct school from the School dropdown menu.

Step 6: Fill in all required information. To edit a specific option, select YES on the left side of the screen. This will make the right side of the screen editable, allowing changes to be made.

Step 7: When all changes have been completed, select Submit Proposal on the right side of the screen under Actions. Select View Changes to see where the new content is replacing the original content. Select Delete Proposal to cancel these changes.
