How to Edit a Program Proposal in Coursedog
This guide will show the user how to access and edit a program proposal in Coursedog.
Logging into Coursedog
Select the Coursedog icon on the myStevens landing page.

On the following page, select the Click to Sign In button to access Coursedog.

For users with access to multiple Coursedog modules, please check that you are working in the desired module. If you need to switch modules, select the
icon in the upper right corner of the landing page, then select the correct module.
Edit a Program Proposal
Step 1: On the Coursedog Curriculum landing page, select the Programs option under the Curriculum Management menu.

Step 2: On the Programs page, select how to browse the programs; by Dates or by Terms, then select the Start/End Dates or Start/End Terms. To search for a specific program, use the Search field on the right side of the screen. Click on a program to open it.

Step 3: On the program screen, select Edit Program under Actions on the right side of the screen to make changes.

Step 4: Select the desired fields to make edits to the program.

Step 5: When all desired changes have been made, select Save Changes under Actions on the right side of the screen. To exit out of this screen without saving changes, select Cancel Edit.
