How to Access and Edit Catalog Pages in Coursedog
This guide will show users how to log into, search for, and make changes to catalog pages they own in Coursedog.
Logging into Coursedog
Select the Coursedog icon on the myStevens landing page.

On the following page, select the Click to Sign In button to access Coursedog.

For users with access to multiple Coursedog modules, please check that you are working in the desired module. If you need to switch modules, select the
icon in the upper right corner of the landing page, then select the correct module.
Access and Edit Catalog Pages
Step 1: On the Catalog landing page, select Pages on the left side of the screen.

Step 2: On the following page, select from the Owners dropdown menus (search by Users or Committees) or use the Search Bar to find your specific pages.

Step 3: Select desired page from the results.

In the Page Editor, there may be Page Tabs at the top of the screen. In each open tab, you will see a Page Name field and a text box.

Step 4: Under Actions on the right side of the screen, select Request Changes.

Step 5: On the Request Catalog Page Changes screen, enter information into the Reason for Request field.

Step 6: Select desired tab and text field and enter changes.

Step 7: To review changes made to the page, select View Changes. To delete all changes and revert to the original text, select Start Over.
Once all changes are entered, select Submit Request to push the changes into the approval workflow.

Final changes will be reviewed by OUA, GASS, or Office of the Provost and you will be notified once the changes are published.
